PRE-ORDERS

Pre Order may appear at the bottom of some products & the price may say £0.00  in this case the majority of products that say this are still available and ready to dispatch Same day or with in a 24-48 hour period depending on the item.

We use a Pre Order System because of the increased demand in products like saucony to prevent any overlapping orders being missed while stock is limited & Demand is high. Maintaining a fast turn around time is always our goal.

After a pre order is placed you will receive an email or WhatsApp text (please make sure your contact number is accessible on WhatsApp when your order is placed)

The email or message will contain confirmation whether your selected item is in stock or what sizes may be available & also the price of your item.

If you then decide to place the order a payment link or payment details will be sent to you, once payment is confirmed we will start to package your parcel. After your package is prepared and at a post office you will receive a Royal Mail Tracking Code where you can track your package.

Note: If a pre order product is included in a basket with other items you will not be charged for the pre order product till it’s confirmed, all other items will be processed as normal.
